From The Captain’s Desk

To say that I'm a Disney fan barely scratches the surface.

As a longtime annual passholder, I've spent years in the parks studying what makes them feel so immersive, and I've spent just as many years building communities that feel intentional, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.

Over time, I realized something: Disney fans deserved a space that felt as curated and magical as the parks themselves - not another chaotic comment section or endless scroll of noise.

That didn’t exist. So I set out to build it myself.

That vision became The Queue Crew - a premium experience where Disney fans can connect over their passion.

I look forward to welcoming you aboard!

Frances Sherlock

Frances has been a Disney nerd for as long as she can remember. She grew up visiting Walt Disney World once or twice a year starting at age two, and her passion only grew from there. Her parents bought into Disney Vacation Club when she was 6 and every year until she went to college she visited Walt Disney World on vacation.

Frances has been a Walt Disney World Cast Member, a Disney Store Cast Member, and worked for some of the contractor companies that bring attractions to life at Disney and Universal Parks.

She currently is a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder who lives in the Orlando area with her husband and 9-month-old son. When she is not running her social media business, you will find her trading Disney pins in the parks, training for an upcoming RunDisney Race, watching The Muppet Show, or planning her next trip.
